Have a suitable quantity of fruits、food crops、meats and vegetables is essential for keeping healthy. Doing exercise is suitable for it, too. There is a good way for keeping health is maintained the joyous mood and enough sleep. Keeping healthy is not easy, we have to form a good habit.
