Tips for keeping healthy (draft 2)

“An apple a day, keep the doctor away.” I think that have a balance diet is important.Have a suitable quantity of fruits、food crops、meats and vegetables is essential for keeping healthy. we can do exercises to improve our fitness . There is a good way for keeping health which is maintained the joyous mood and enough sleep. Keeping healthy is not easy, we have to form a good habit.
