To choose TV programs carefully is important. Although TV is the most important channels to provide information and entertainment, it maybe has some disadvantages. Some programs full of violence and sexy have harmful effect to teenagers. To spend too much time watching TV is hurt eyesight, too. For this reason, we should choose the TV programs which helpful to body and mind. Most important thing is not be couch potato.

I always make a busy school living. Ever since I became a senior high school student, I was be anticipated go to the college. And that examination is a severe competition for enter college. Therefore, I was forced to study night and day. Every day, heavy strain of school work is a burden for me. That why I always busy at school and home. In addition, I was also forced to give up my favorite extracurricular activities. I wish that I could have a colorful school life.
